Wycombe Wanderers goalkeeper Will Norris and winger James Tilley are in talks to leave the club.
What's happening?
The duo's exits are drawing closer, with Norris set to join League Two Salford City on a free transfer.
Why are they leaving?
Norris has been offered a new deal, but the signing of shot-stoppers Connor Hazard and Matt Macey means his time at the club is effectively over. Tilley, who joined from AFC Wimbledon 12 months ago, has struggled to find form at Adams Park, playing just 13 times in all competitions.
What's next for Wycombe Wanderers?
The club is currently 11th in League One, with 63 points from 46 games, and a recent form of WLLDL. | Category | Stat | | League standing | 11th | | Points | 63 | | Recent form | WLLDL |
The Chairboys are 40 points behind leaders Lincoln, but will be looking to strengthen their squad ahead of next season. Norris has kept 22 clean sheets in 59 matches for Wycombe Wanderers, but has made several high-profile errors. Tilley's solitary goal for the club came in a 2-2 draw against Reading last August. The winger later re-joined AFC Wimbledon on loan in January, and is expected to permanently re-sign for the London-based team.
